Fry the crucian carp in an oil pan, add appropriate amount of water, and simmer it over low heat until it becomes a soup. Eat on an empty stomach. Glutinous rice, yam and lotus seed porridge: 100 grams of glutinous rice, 30 grams of lotus seeds, 30 grams of yam powder, and 10 dates. Wash glutinous rice, lotus seeds and jujubes, put them in a pot, add appropriate amount of water and boil them, then simmer over low heat until it becomes porridge, then add yam powder and stir, cook for a while and it is ready to eat. Add sugar according to your taste when eating. 4. Rose and Plum Drink: 3 grams of rose and 15 grams of black plum. Grind the dried rose flowers into fine powder and set aside; put the black plums into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, fry into a thick juice, remove the skin and core, add appropriate amount of sugar, and it becomes black plum sauce.
