How to regulate heart fire?

How to regulate heart fire?

Of course, you need to pay attention to regulating your heart fire, because if your heart is too big, you will easily become irritable and angry, which will affect your life, work and health. Therefore, you need to pay attention to regulating your heart, pay attention to supplementing protein and various vitamins, and your diet should be light and eat more foods that can clear away heat and dampness.

1. Sufficient protein

Protein intake should be increased by 10% to 15% on the normal basis, and the daily supply must be about 100 grams, preferably from protein in fish, meat, eggs, milk and beans.

2. Take vitamins

In summer, the human body's vitamin requirements are twice or more than the normal standard. Large doses of vitamins B1, B2, C and even vitamins A and E can help improve heat tolerance and physical strength. Tomatoes, watermelon, bayberry, melon, peaches, plums, etc. are particularly rich in vitamin C. B vitamins are found in high concentrations in cereals, beans, animal liver, lean meat, and eggs.

3. Add water and inorganic salts

It is best to replenish water in small amounts and multiple times, which can slow down the body's sweating and reduce the amount of water evaporation from the body. Sodium supplementation depends on how much you sweat. If you work for eight hours and sweat no more than 4 liters, you only need to consume 18 grams of salt from food every day. If the amount of sweat exceeds 6 liters, you need to replenish it with drinks. The way to supplement potassium salt is to take two potassium tablets a day. In addition, you can eat foods high in potassium, such as fruits, vegetables, beans or bean products, kelp, eggs, etc.

4. Eat more foods that can clear away heat and dampness

Heat-clearing foods are best eaten in midsummer, such as watermelon, bitter gourd, fresh peaches, black plums, strawberries, tomatoes, mung beans, and cucumbers.

5. You also need to pay attention to the art of drinking water

Don't wait until you are thirsty to drink water, as it is easy to drink too much when you are very thirsty. It is not advisable to drink too much water before going to bed. It is not advisable to drink water during meals. Drinking water in the morning is good for your health. It is best to drink mineral water.

6. Keep a regular schedule

Adequate sleep is more important than anything else in the summer. A proper nap can quickly replenish the energy lost during the day and help relieve fatigue. At the same time, a regular schedule can calm your mood. Nightlife is very rich in summer and staying up late seems to have become a habit, but you have to know that all of this will aggravate the boredom during the day.
