Benefits of Bazhen Soup

Regulating the body through traditional Chinese medicine is a method that many people prefer nowadays. Although traditional Chinese medicine takes a longer time to take effect than Western medicine, it can effectively treat the root cause of people's diseases and has relatively few side effects. Bazhen Soup is a recipe for Chinese medicine diet therapy, which has many benefits for people's health, such as regulating qi and blood, relieving female menstrual disorders, dizziness and so on. The following is a detailed introduction to the effects of Bazhen Soup.

Bazhen Decoction is the name of a Chinese medicine prescription, also known as Bazhen Powder. It is a tonic that has the effect of replenishing qi and blood. It is mainly used to treat deficiency of both Qi and blood. Pale or sallow complexion, dizziness, fatigue in the limbs, shortness of breath, laziness to speak, palpitations, decreased appetite, pale tongue with a thin white coating, and a thin and weak pulse or a weak and large pulse. It is commonly used clinically to treat weakness after illness, various chronic diseases, and menstrual disorders in women due to deficiency of both qi and blood.

Method: 1. Take a set of Bazhen Decoction ingredients (Dangshen, Baizhu, Poria, Roasted Licorice, Rehmannia, Angelica, Chuanxiong, White Peony, Jujube, Ginger) and wash them with clean water first;

2. Add 3 bowls of cool water to the washed herbs and soak them for 20 to 30 minutes (the 3 bowls of water added here cannot be poured out after soaking, as it is used for the first decoction). This way, the decoction will have a better effect.

3. After soaking in the second step above, start decocting the medicine. First boil it over high heat, then simmer it over low heat (the low heat can keep the medicine soup inside boiling). Simmer it over low heat for about 30 minutes. When one bowl of soup is left, pour out the medicine soup. At this time, the first round of boiling of medicinal soup is completed;

4. Add 2 bowls of water to the medicinal residue, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 25 minutes. When 1 bowl of water is left, pour out the medicinal soup. At this time, the second round of boiling the medicinal soup is completed;

5. Repeat step 4. The third round of boiling of the medicinal soup is now completed, which also means that the three rounds of boiling of a set of Eight Treasures Soup have been completed;

6. Mix the medicinal soup prepared three times above evenly.

What other foods are there to replenish qi and blood?

1. Longan meat

Longan meat is also known as jujube meat. Longan contains vitamins A and B, glucose and sucrose, and is rich in iron. Longan soup, longan wine and other foods are very suitable for pregnant women and postpartum women, and are good blood-enriching foods!

2. Dried mulberries

Dried mulberries are the fruit and its products that contain the richest natural iron, containing 42.5 mg of iron per 100 grams, making them worthy of the title of "blood-replenishing fruit" among fruits.
