The value of estradiol is actually different in different periods. Usually the normal value of estradiol is 40-100pmol/L. The value of estradiol will also change during the follicular phase, ovulation period or menopause.

1. The normal value of estradiol test is different depending on the test method and whether it is in the menstrual period, follicular phase or luteal phase. If a radioimmunoassay is performed, the level is usually 132-220 pmol/L during the follicular phase. Ovulation period: 1431～2972pmol/L. Luteal phase 403.7～1123pmol/L. Menopause: 40.3～55.1pmol/L.
