The best solution for bile reflux

The best solution for bile reflux

Nowadays, many people suffer from stomach problems, which has a lot to do with the high pressure and fast pace of work and life. There are several types of stomach problems, among which bile reflux will make many patients feel scared. The reason is that when bile reflux occurs, the symptoms are more serious, and bile reflux is not easy to treat. After suffering from bile reflux, timely treatment is required, and diet and lifestyle habits should be changed to alleviate the condition as much as possible.

Method 1

Remember not to take the wrong medicine: Some people have less stomach acid and are still taking acid-suppressing drugs such as omeprazole, which is definitely not good. Please take appropriate medicine, preferably Chinese medicine.

Method 2

Make sure you are 80% full when eating, eat more vegetables and less meat. When I say less meat, I mean only one or two slices. You can drink more porridge, but not just porridge. Drinking only porridge will cause malnutrition. You can eat all kinds of food, but eat in moderation. It is said that lust (excessive) is the root of all evil.

Method 3

You need to adjust your mentality. If the medicine doesn't seem to be effective (Chinese medicine works slowly, provided you take the right medicine), don't slack off, keep taking the medicine. Don't give up halfway, you need to persist in taking it for a period of time.

Method 4

Learn to take a walk after meals. You can download a pedometer app on your phone and take a moderate walk after each meal.

Method 5

You must go to bed early, before 10 o'clock. Because there is already a problem with my stomach, I can only rely on rest to recuperate.

Method 6

The ancients said something like this: Have less sex so that you can have more energy. Have energy to avoid hurting your spleen.

Method 7

You must be generous, not competitive, not jealous of others, and be in a good mood.
