What causes back pain?

We all know that excessive fatigue can cause back pain. In fact, some common diseases can also cause back pain, such as cervical spondylosis, neck sprain, periarthritis of the shoulder, etc. In this case, targeted treatment is required to achieve the desired effect.

1. Many respiratory diseases cause shoulder and back pain, usually in the back, side or scapula. The most common ones are pleural adhesions, lung cancer and tuberculosis.

2. Cardiovascular diseases accompanied by chest pain are most commonly angina pectoris and myocardial infarction.

3. Biliary colic, pancreatic diseases, stomach and duodenal tumors, etc. can also cause shoulder and back pain.

4. Bone tumors or tumors of the kidney, bladder, uterus, lung, etc. metastasize to the scapula, vertebral bones, and ribs.

5. There are many types of cervical spondylosis and the symptoms are also complex. The pain in the neck, shoulders and back caused by it, in addition to discomfort such as soreness, heaviness, pain in the neck, shoulders and back, and neck stiffness, can also cause numbness and weakness in the limbs, and even dizziness and headaches. The patient has a relatively long medical history, with recurrent pain in the head, neck, shoulders, back, and arms, accompanied by corresponding tender points.

6. Neck sprain and stiff neck are often caused by improper neck movement or poor sleeping position, which leads to local muscle sprain. The medical history is short, the tenderness point is fixed and located at the site of muscle injury, mostly in the upper inner part of the scapula, and is accompanied by muscle spasm. Cord-like spasmodic muscle bundles with obvious tenderness can be felt, and the neck movement is obviously limited.

7. The pain of periarthritis of the shoulder is around the shoulder joint, and the pain range is wide. In most patients, the onset is slow. Symptoms include obvious limitation of shoulder joint movement; X-rays usually show no obvious abnormalities

8. Myofibrosarcoma has obvious triggers such as cold, dampness, fatigue, sprains, etc. Local muscle stiffness, mainly soreness; the area is large, and there is usually no fixed tenderness; massage and hot compress are effective.
