What are the common reasons why women do not ovulate?

Failure to ovulate means inability to get pregnant. This "privilege" originally belonging to women has become unfair. What deprives women of the right to ovulate? What causes the symptoms of anovulation?

1. Premature ovarian failure

Premature ovarian failure is a very dangerous condition for women who want to get pregnant and have children, because women with premature ovarian failure have completely consumed their follicles and can no longer produce new follicles, thus unable to form new mature eggs. Without the release of eggs, pregnancy is impossible.

2. Ovarian dysfunction

Ovarian dysfunction is also one of the causes of anovulation, including Turner syndrome, organic damage to the ovaries, secondary amenorrhea, etc. Note that tumors, inflammation treatment or radiation exposure may cause organic damage to the ovaries!

3. Polycystic ovary syndrome

Polycystic ovary syndrome is a disease of abnormal ovulation. Women with this disease have enlarged ovaries, but the follicles fail to mature, so they cannot release mature eggs normally. They need to rely on the effects of drugs to stimulate development and ovulation.

4. Luteal insufficiency

The corpus luteum in a woman's body is transformed from the follicle into a mature egg. If the corpus luteum is dysfunctional, it means that there is a problem with the development of the follicle. Insufficient number of follicles will naturally affect the normal discharge of the egg.

5. Insufficient hormone secretion

If a woman has the above problems with hormone secretion, it can easily lead to infertility. If the female hormone secretion cannot reach the climax, the ovaries will not ovulate, resulting in the inability to get pregnant!

6. Hypothalamic disorders

Female hypothalamic disorders can also affect ovulation, such as idiopathic diencephalic amenorrhea, psychogenic amenorrhea, functional hyperprolactinemia, anorexia nervosa, brain tumors, post-encephalitis, and even brain trauma can all lead to adverse consequences of anovulation!

7. Fallopian tube blockage

Whether the fallopian tube is normally blocked is a very critical factor for pregnancy. If the fallopian tube is blocked, it will directly lead to the inability of the follicle to pass through the fallopian tube, which is also a major reason why the egg cannot be discharged normally!
