Although you may not eat in the morning, remember that lunch is a must, because if you don’t eat, the contents of the small intestine will lose their direction of movement. It may even go back in time to get a detailed digestion of the intestinal segment again. But this backward movement is where problems arise. So avoid it. Eat a full lunch. Another issue is that you should try to drink some soup when eating, because only with enough soup can the stomach contents enter the small intestine smoothly. Moreover, the gas in certain parts of the small intestine can only be expelled by injecting water.
