Fantasy psychosis

Fantasy psychosis

When chatting with friends, I often make fun of them for having delusions. This is just a joke. However, in medicine, delusional psychosis does exist. This disease causes people to associate many unfounded things with themselves. Sometimes they are good, and sometimes they are bad. This is often called persecution delusion. This article introduces the symptoms of fantasy psychosis in detail. Let’s take a look.

Classification

Relationship delusion is the act of connecting things and people that have nothing to do with oneself. Believing that what others do or say is directed at you. Certain things that have happened and certain phenomena that have occurred are related to oneself. Can influence yourself. You can influence others. Some patients regard the content of TV programs as interactions with themselves.

Zhao Jun said that when mentally ill patients first develop the disease, they often have the habit of trying to do something for a long time and the habit of always thinking about certain things inappropriately, which will incredibly lead them to believe that their ability to handle the matter has greatly increased. Through the diffusion (transfer and generalization) of ideas, people will believe that they are also capable in other matters related to birth, aging, illness and death, and national affairs. Because of overusing the brain and making random connections, patients generally have extreme, inquisitive, and weird ideas about certain things, which have never appeared in others or themselves when they were normal before. As a result, they think they are "very capable of handling things" and "very thoughtful."

Let’s take an example of persecution delusion: A is against the leader of his unit, A. The leader and his capable subordinates, while adding provocations from time to time, calmly wait to catch A making a big mistake. Afterwards, the main means used was "beating and pulling" to make them reluctant to leave with high salaries, and stay to suffer. The so-called "you want his money, he wants your life" will eventually lead to paranoia. Of course, this is just a special case and is not universal. What should you do if you are in Mr. A's situation? First, there is no end to making money. Second, at least don’t get sick, especially mental illness, which is very likely to relapse.

There is another type of hypochondriasis. That is, occasional palpitations and tachycardia, which were originally mild due to lack of sleep and overwork, may turn out to be suspected to be a serious heart disease. It greatly affects work, life and study, and long-term stimulation leads to mental illness symptoms. Even though he went to several regular hospitals for checkups and the results were normal every time, he still felt anxious and depressed, which greatly affected his work and life. If it reaches this point, it can be considered as mental illness. However, if the following overall disorders involving emotions, thinking, willpower, cognition, language, behavior, etc. that require human brain processing have not yet appeared, then the symptoms of mental illness are still relatively mild. Conversely, these symptoms may occur simultaneously in severe mental illness.

The symptoms of delusional psychosis are that there is a sense of being controlled. The patient firmly believes that his or her mental activities and behaviors are interfered with and controlled by special external factors. It could be radio, light waves, some kind of rays, etc. Patients experience a strong sense of passivity and involuntaryness, which are characteristic symptoms of schizophrenia.

Jealousy delusional patients are convinced that their spouse is unfaithful to them and has improper relationships with other people of the opposite sex. Tracking and monitoring your spouse, reading letters written to your spouse by others, checking your spouse's clothes, etc., are also symptoms of psychotic delusions.
