How to effectively regulate your depressed mood?

Boredom is a common emotion among modern people. The more a person's talents exceed the needs of his work, the more bored he will feel. In this situation, people are not idle. You can also try to match your abilities with the job requirements, or simply change your organization to do a job that suits you better.

In short, people need to discover, prove, and create themselves by doing what they love, so that they can fully mobilize their minds and expand their potential, in order to most effectively eliminate boredom.
