Medicinal use: Atractylodes 6g, Phellodendron chinense 15g, Raw Coix seed 30g, Cyathula officinalis 15g, Peach kernel 10g, Safflower 10g, Raw Rehmannia glutinosa 20g, Moutan bark 10g, Red Peony Root 15g. Take it in decoction, 1 dose per day.

What should patients with varicose veins pay attention to in daily life?

1. Avoid standing or sitting for long periods of time, especially in the office. You can take some time out of your busy schedule to do some exercise, such as stretching or lifting your legs.

2. Develop the habit of exercising for 1-2 hours every day, such as walking, brisk walking, swimming, jogging, etc.

3. You should develop a habit of lying down with your legs raised above your heart several times a day to promote venous circulation in your legs.

4. Pay attention to your diet and maintain a normal weight, as being too heavy will increase the burden on the leg veins.

5. Do not lift more than 10 kilograms at normal times.
