These acupuncture points on the body can actually save lives, you must know them for your health!

In daily life, are we all at a loss when faced with sudden illnesses? And there are no corresponding medicines around, so what should we do? Here we will take you to learn the six life-saving acupoints of the human body introduced by traditional Chinese medicine. Massaging these acupoints can deal with sudden illnesses. Go and learn now.

1. Laogong Point: Sudden Hypertension

Make a fist, and the point where the middle finger points is the Laogong point. Hypertensive patients may have a sharp rise in blood pressure due to anger, rage or excitement. At this time, you can press the Laogong point, starting from the Laogong point of the other hand with your thumb, pressing each fingertip one by one, alternating between the left and right hands. Keep calm and breathe evenly while pressing. The sudden increase in blood pressure can be relieved after compression.

2. Yanglingquan Point: Biliary colic

When patients suffer from cholecystitis or cholelithiasis, they may experience severe colic in the right upper abdomen, and acupressure can be used to relieve the pain. The method is: find the tender point under the head of the fibula on the outer side of the right calf, which is the Yanglingquan point. Use the thumbs of both hands to press the Yanglingquan points on both calves. Continue massaging for two minutes to get good therapeutic effects.

3. Zhiyang Point: Angina Pectoris

Zhiyang point is located in the depression below the spinous process of the 7th thoracic vertebra, that is, the midpoint of the line connecting the lower edges of the scapular angles on both sides through the spine when lying down with arms hanging down. When angina pectoris occurs, patients often experience chest pressure and a feeling of suffocation. At this time, the patient can hold a 5-cent coin and press the Zhiyang point with the edge of the coin. Pressing for 3 to 6 minutes can relieve angina pectoris. If you press the Zhiyang point 3 to 4 times regularly every day, you can prevent the occurrence of angina pectoris.

4. Sanyinjiao Point – Renal Colic

Sanyinjiao point is located 3 inches above the medial malleolus. Renal colic is acute, severe pain in the kidney area caused by urinary stones. When the pain occurs suddenly, the patient can press and rub the Sanyinjiao acupoint with the thumb. Repeatedly press and knead for 3 to 5 minutes, and renal colic will be relieved.

5. Heel - Nosebleed

When nose bleeding occurs, you can quickly pinch the heel (the depression between the ankle joint and the heel bone). If your left nose is bleeding, pinch your right heel; if your right nose is bleeding, pinch your left heel, which can stop the bleeding immediately.

6. Hegu Point – Syncope

Hegu point is located between the first and second metacarpal bones on the back of both hands, slightly closer to the second metacarpal bone. When the patient faints, loses consciousness, looks pale, and sweats profusely due to heatstroke, stroke, collapse, etc., you can pinch the patient's Hegu point with your thumb. After continuous massage for 2 to 3 minutes, symptoms such as fainting may disappear.
