2. Candida is a conditionally pathogenic fungus. Generally, candidal balanitis is often secondary to diabetes, senile wasting diseases, and large amounts of antibiotics or hormone treatment. It can also be primary, mostly transmitted from a spouse's candidal vaginitis. The glans penis and coronal sulcus may have light red erosions and thin-walled pustules.

3. Trichomonas infection: It is mostly caused by the wife's vaginal trichomoniasis, which is mainly manifested by erythematous papules and small blisters on the glans penis. The boundaries are clear and the range is gradually expanding. Patients often feel itching and Trichomonas can be found in the secretions.

4. Non-infectious factors include local trauma, friction, contraceptives, soaps, detergents and other irritations in men. In addition, if a man has an excessively long foreskin, it will also lead to the occurrence of smegma, which will cause inflammation of the penis and symptoms of ulcers inside the foreskin.
