People always say they are scared to death. The "gallbladder" here is not the same as the "gallbladder" in the human body. The gallbladder is one of the six organs in the human body. Its main function is to store and excrete bile and participate in the digestion of food. The gallbladder is a hollow sac with inner and outer walls. One of the items in the physical examination is the roughness of the gallbladder wall, which is manifested by impact. What causes the gallbladder wall to be rough? Is there any way to improve this? The gallbladder is a pear-shaped sac structure located behind the liver under the right ribs (in the gallbladder fossa of the liver), which has the function of concentrating and storing bile. The gallbladder is divided into four parts: fundus, body, neck, and duct. The neck is connected to the cystic duct. The gallbladder wall is composed of three layers: mucosa, muscularis, and adventitia. Rough gallbladder wall is the imaging manifestation of cholecystitis. The gallbladder is pear-shaped and is located closely in the gallbladder fossa under the liver. It has a volume of about 30-50 ml and is connected to the common bile duct by the cystic duct. The gallbladder has the function of contracting and storing bile. Normally, the bile secreted by the liver first flows into the gallbladder, absorbs water through the mucous membrane, and concentrates the bile and stores it. Unconcentrated bile is golden yellow, while concentrated bile is light green. 1. Daily life Patients with cholecystitis should limit the amount of oil they eat, with 20 to 30 grams per day in the acute phase and 50 to 60 grams during the recovery period. They should avoid eating fatty meat. The physical examination report showed that the gallbladder wall was rough, which might be suspected to be chronic cholecystitis. Chronic cholecystitis may be diagnosed if there are recurrent episodes of epigastric pain, epigastric fullness, intolerance to high-fat meals, and tenderness in the right upper abdomen. If you currently have no clinical symptoms, no treatment is required. 2. Rough gallbladder wall to prevent disease However, in order to prevent the disease, the following points should be noted in life: pay attention to food hygiene, do not eat too much, usually eat low-fat, low-cholesterol foods, strictly control fat meat, fried foods, egg yolks, animal offal, fish roe, etc.; it is advisable to eat vegetable oils instead of animal oils. Experts believe that vegetable oil has a certain choleretic effect; all alcoholic beverages, irritating foods or strong seasonings may lead to acute attacks of cholecystitis; pay attention to rest, avoid overwork, and avoid emotional excitement and mental stress to prevent the induction of cholecystitis; usually eat easily digestible, low-residue foods to keep bowel movements open; check liver and gallbladder B-ultrasound every year, and take appropriate treatment in time if there are new changes. 3. Analysis of the condition of rough gallbladder wall Ultrasound examination of the rough gallbladder wall suggests that the patient suffers from chronic cholecystitis. Cholecystitis and cholelithiasis are very common in the elderly, and the two often exist at the same time. Control is one of the treatment measures during the attack period, and it is also an important means to maintain smooth bile excretion and reduce acute attacks. Eat less high-fat, high-cholesterol foods, such as egg yolks, fish roe, animal liver, brain intestines, etc. Increased cholesterol in bile makes it easier to form cholesterol stones. Vegetable oil can not only lower cholesterol, but also promote the conversion of cholesterol into bile acid to prevent the formation of gallstones, so it is advisable to use vegetable oil as the main food. It is best not to eat fried or pan-fried foods to avoid inducing biliary colic. When cooking, try to use light and low-fat food, steam or boil it at home, and avoid frying or deep-frying. Eat more foods rich in vitamin A, such as carrots, tomatoes and other yellow and red fruits and vegetables. Because vitamin A can maintain the health of the gallbladder lining epithelium, it can also reduce the formation of cholesterol stones. Radish, fruit juice, shepherd's purse, hawthorn, etc. are beneficial to the bile and liver and can be eaten often. Increase the ratio of protein and carbohydrates in food to ensure calorie needs and facilitate the production of liver glycogen. Reducing the fiber content and eating a low-residue diet can also reduce irritation to the gastrointestinal tract. Increase the frequency of meals to stimulate bile secretion and reduce bile stagnation and concentration in the gallbladder. |
