The simplest way to dredge the liver meridian

The simplest way to dredge the liver meridian

Nowadays, many people's livers are not in good condition. Many problems arise from liver and gallbladder diseases. The liver and gallbladder determine the health of our body, so we must pay attention to the reasonable dredging of the liver meridian in normal times. In fact, we can slowly dredge it through some simple exercise methods, and we must persist in doing so every day, and perform local massage.

Simple method to dredge the liver meridian

1. “Horizontal stretching”

There are two postures for "horizontal stretching": ① Lie flat on the ground. Try to stretch your legs as far as possible to the sides for 10 minutes. You will need someone to help you stretch your legs. ② Lie on your back on the bed with your feet facing up, your buttocks and legs against the wall, and your feet as far apart as possible, like the letter V.

2. “Lotus Carefree Style”

Sit down on a hard bed or a blanket on the floor. Straighten your right leg, bend your left leg and place it flat on the floor. Place the sole of your left foot against the inside of your right thigh.

Sit down on a hard bed or just put a blanket on the ground, straighten your right leg, bend your left leg and place it flat on the ground, with the sole of your left foot against the inside of your right thigh. Then twist your body toward your bent left leg, grab your right toe with your right hand, and stretch your left arm toward the sky, trying to keep your body in one plane.

3. Push the Liver Meridian

Sitting on the bed. Press the base of the thigh, along the liver meridian on the inner thigh, bend the left leg and lay flat, straighten the right leg forward, overlap your hands, repeat and push forward with a little force to the knee joint, do this forty to fifty times, then switch to the other leg and do the same method. It can be done through clothes. If it is on the skin, apply some moisturizing oil for better effect. Push it every night to maintain gynecology, improve facial complexion, soothe the liver and regulate qi, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, and relieve anger.

There are three meridians on the inner side of the thigh. The middle one is the liver meridian, the one near the front is the spleen meridian, and the one near the back is the kidney meridian. After you sit down, bend your knees and face the inner thighs upwards. The liver meridian is in the middle, so pushing the middle is pushing the liver meridian. Of course, if you push a little bit to the side and push the spleen meridian or kidney meridian, that's okay too.

4. "Butterfly"

Sit down. Jiang put a thicker blanket under his butt. Then bend your knees, bring the soles of your feet together, and keep your heels as close to your lower body as possible. Grab your toes with both hands, turn your knees out to the sides, and stick them as close to the ground as possible. This is the "butterfly pose." When doing this movement, keep your back straight and your knees rhythmically oscillate toward the floor.

It can also increase the blood supply to the pelvis and abdominal cavity, so that the internal organs can be nourished by blood and become more energetic.

The "Butterfly Pose" can open up the meridians in the legs through frequent movements of the legs, allowing the Qi and blood to clean out the dead corners of the body like a "broom". It can not only eliminate inflammation, but also increase blood supply to the pelvis and abdominal cavity, so that the internal organs can get blood nourishment and become revitalized. This vitality is manifested in the face as a rosy complexion, fair skin, no spots or acne, and a delicate appearance.

5. “One-step leg stretch”

Leg press, parallel leg press, separate leg press

This exercise can be done while sitting on the carpet and watching TV, or of course, you can do it while sitting on the bed. First, straighten your legs and put them together, curl your toes back, grab your toes with both hands, and slowly press your body downward; then open your legs and press downward.
