How to massage your back comfortably

1. Push and press method: The person being massaged takes off his shirt, shoes and socks, unfastens his belt, relaxes his whole body, lies prone on the bed, and covers his back with a cotton sheet to prevent stickiness. The operator stands at the head of the bed and first uses the base of the right palm and the thenar eminence to push and massage the spine and both sides of it from top to bottom to the waist, with appropriate intensity, repeating for more than 10 times. Then use the thumbs of both hands to press elastically and rhythmically along the spine, starting from the spinous process of the first thoracic vertebra in the order of vertebrae, from the top to the waist. Use the same method to massage and push 1 to 2 inches on both sides of the spine.

2. Rolling massage method: The operator stands on one side, makes a fist with his right hand and touches the skin of the back with the raised part of the finger base. Use the wrist strength to roll the fist vertically downward to massage the waist, and repeat from top to bottom more than 10 times.

3. Pinching the spine: Remove the white sheet to expose the back. The practitioner stands on the left side and uses the thumbs and index fingers of both hands to pinch the skin and muscles of the spine of the person being massaged, lift them up, twist and roll them from bottom to top, and repeat this 6 times. At this moment, the person being massaged immediately feels local warmth and feels relaxed, euphoric and comfortable all over the body.
