There are red spots on my fingers, which feel like being pricked by a needle. What's going on?

If red spots appear on the fingers and they are particularly painful, it is generally caused by dyshidrosis. Dyshidrosis is a common skin disease and a type of eczema. We know that the sweat glands on the hands are relatively developed and sweating often occurs. When the immunity is poor or is affected by some factors, dyshidrosis may occur. At this time, regular treatment must be carried out in time to avoid worsening of the symptoms.

1. Causes of sweat herpes

Dyshidrosis occurs symmetrically on the palms, soles and sides of the fingers where sweat glands are particularly developed, and is often divided into dyshidrosis of the hands and dyshidrosis of the feet. There are many causes of dyshidrotic eczema, including mental factors: excessive stress, mood swings, anxiety, irregular lifestyle, and environmental changes; local irritation: contact irritation, bacteria, and allergenic foods and items; other factors: constipation, gastrointestinal dysfunction, poor personal constitution, seasonal changes, large temperature differences, etc., which can cause blockage of the sweat gland ducts and prevent sweat from being discharged.

2. Symptoms of sweat herpes

It usually begins in late spring and early summer, worsens in summer and heals itself in winter. It often coexists with excessive sweating of the hands and feet, and recurs regularly every year. It often occurs on the palms, fingertips, and sides of fingers, rarely on the backs of hands and soles, and often occurs symmetrically. Typical skin lesions are small blisters located deep in the epidermis, the size of rice grains, hemispherical, slightly higher than the skin surface, with no inflammatory response, scattered or clustered on the palms, sides of fingers and fingertips, rarely on the back of hands and soles of feet, and often symmetrically distributed. The blisters contain clear serous fluid and generally do not rupture on their own. After drying, they peel off and reveal the red new epithelium, which is thin and tender and often painful. The surrounding skin was normal. This disease has varying degrees of itching and burning sensation. The main symptoms are small blisters, itching and peeling. Dyshidrotic eczema is also affected by mental factors and is related to excessive mental stress and depression.

3. Ways to remove sweat herpes 1. You can use the Chinese herbal medicine sweat ** bubble ** Ning, apply 2-3 times a day;

2. When the dyshidrotic eczema blisters are itchy, you can scrub them with calamine lotion; 3. Pay attention to your diet and avoid eating spicy and irritating foods, irritating foods, and alcohol. 4. Avoid contact with substances that may irritate your hands, such as laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, soap, etc. Try to keep contact as little as possible and wear gloves when necessary.

5. Mental factors: Don’t be stressed and learn to relieve stress. This will be of great help in alleviating the disease and preventing recurrence.
