Notice Many men suspect that they have kidney deficiency because they sweat when they sleep at night. In fact, their idea is wrong. There are physiological and pathological reasons for sleeping at night. We must distinguish the reasons why we sweat when we sleep at night. What to do when you sweat while sleeping at night 1. Wushasan Grind 5 parts of gallnut and 1 part of cinnabar into fine powder, store in a bottle for later use. When needed, take 0.5-1 gram of the powder, mix it into a paste with warm water, apply it to the patient's navel before going to bed, cover it with gauze, and secure it with adhesive tape. Remove it when you wake up the next morning. If it is ineffective, it can be used repeatedly. Generally, it will be effective after 3 consecutive days. This prescription is suitable for sweating of various syndromes, and has a significant effect on sweating caused by pulmonary tuberculosis. 2. Five-flavor compress Add 20 grams each of gallnut, red ochre, gallnut, calcined dragon bone, and calcined oyster, and 1 gram of cinnabar, and grind them into powder.
