What are the causes of spinal pain?

If you do too much physical work in your daily life, you will experience spinal pain, but it will go away after proper rest. However, if you suffer from diseases such as fasciitis, supraspinal ligamentitis, and bone hyperplasia, it will also cause spinal pain, which cannot be cured by rest alone.

1. Myofasciitis: When the spine is stimulated by adverse external factors such as wind and cold, fatigue, trauma or improper sleeping position, it may induce symptoms of myofasciitis, which will cause spinal pain. It is recommended to use local massage, hot compress, physical therapy, combined with oral non-steroidal drug treatment by local doctors. Avoid excessive strain and cold in normal times.

2. Supraspinal ligamentitis: It is recommended to go to the hospital for relevant examinations and diagnosis. You can take orally ibuprofen capsules, chlorzoxazone tablets, and muscles-soothing and blood-activating tablets, or take 2 tablets of sedative half an hour before going to bed every night. In addition, you can also perform local blockade treatment with prednisolone plus lidocaine injection.

3. Muscle strain : It may also be an injury caused by rapid contraction or excessive stretching of the back muscles during exercise. This is prone to occur during long-distance running, pull-ups and sit-ups. It is recommended to go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time.

4. Bone hyperplasia : If the cartilage, intervertebral discs, ligaments and other soft tissues that constitute the back joints degenerate and degenerate, bone spurs form on the joint edges, synovial hypertrophy and other changes occur, bone destruction will occur, causing secondary bone hyperplasia, which will also lead to joint deformation and back pain. You should go to the hospital for treatment in time.

5. In addition to back pain caused by various diseases, back pain generally caused by cold, fatigue, poor posture and spinal degenerative diseases can often be effectively treated with some simple self-treatment methods. Traditional Chinese medicine's acupuncture, massage and cupping all have very good effects.
