2. Regulate the heart and enhance heart function. The heart is the source of our life and it can affect all our organs, so we massage the Xinshu point and Neiguan point to make Qi and blood flow smoothly. Let the heart be less tired.

3. Regulate the spleen and stomach. The stomach is responsible for digesting and absorbing nutrients, and the spleen is responsible for producing qi and blood. The spleen and stomach are the left and right arms of the heart. Then we need to press the Pishu point and Zhongwan point. Provide the heart with adequate nutrition and blood supply.

4. You must also pay more attention to your diet and eat foods that are good for the heart, such as staple foods such as soybeans, corn, black sesame, fungus, and nuts such as peanuts, walnuts, cashews, and almonds. It can supplement the protein, vitamins and other nutrients needed by the heart.
