a . Massage the stomach. As shown in the picture, use your hands to massage the stomach, rotating counterclockwise around the red circle for ten minutes at a time;

b. Massage downward along both sides of the back. It is suitable for exercise before and after meals. There is no time limit;

c. Lie flat on the bed and let someone massage you from the back. The method of massage is to draw circles, starting from the back to the buttocks, and keep drawing circles in one direction. Massage for half an hour at a time.

Daily medication method: People who often suffer from stomach discomfort should take non-stomach medications after meals. After meals, there is already food in the stomach, which is equivalent to a protective film on the stomach wall, which can prevent the drug from irritating the stomach wall. By the same token, eating some fatty meat or drinking a little milk before drinking can protect your stomach and intestines from the stimulation of alcohol, and you will find that your alcohol tolerance has increased greatly. Of course, if you have stomach problems, you should drink less alcohol.

Dietary taboos: There are two aspects that need to be paid attention to in diet. First, be careful not to eat foods that irritate the stomach and intestines and are difficult to digest; second, you must learn to eat and master the correct way of eating. Let's talk about these two aspects separately:

a. Taboo foods: Do not eat too much sour, spicy and salty foods. People with weak stomachs need to be careful when eating these flavors and should not eat too much. They should drink more water after eating. Frozen and overheated foods should be eaten slowly, or it is best not to eat them. Raw fruits and vegetables can be eaten, but they must be washed and not eaten in a hurry. Foods with more dietary fiber, such as cabbage and leeks, must be cooked before eating.

b. Taboo eating behaviors: meat and cold foods cannot be eaten together. People with weak stomachs may suffer from indigestion if they eat meat and other cold foods (such as ice cream) at the same time. We have seen many people eat meat and cold beer without having stomach upset. This is the effect of alcohol. Drinking a little alcohol can strengthen the stomach. Do not eat before going to bed. Go to bed two hours after a meal, otherwise the stomach will not get rest and cause indigestion.

Learn to exercise correctly: Do not do strenuous exercise after a full meal. Strenuous exercise will stop the activity of the stomach and intestines. Although the stomach and intestines get a rest, a large amount of food is not digested in time, which will cause indigestion. In the long run, exercise is good for the stomach and intestines. People who often suffer from bloating are often those who do not exercise for a long time. If you have constipation problems, exercise is the most effective. If you exercise for more than two hours a day and the intensity is guaranteed, constipation can be solved within a week (remember to drink plenty of water). Here I suggest you develop a long-term exercise plan, such as morning jogging, running for half an hour before meals every day to eliminate toxins from the body.
