2. Do not blow dry

3. Maintain indoor temperature and humidity

The mother should keep the room clean, bright, and with moderate temperature and humidity. Maintaining comfortable temperature and humidity is beneficial to the recovery of the mother's body. Under normal circumstances, the indoor temperature is maintained at 25-28 degrees Celsius and the humidity is about 50%-60%.

4. Nutritionally sound diet

5. Self-cleaning and care

6. Move around appropriately

9. Wearing clothes

1.
