How are blackheads formed?

There are many troubles and rebellion during adolescence. I feel like I am always right and everything my parents say is just nagging. It’s wrong to watch parents do anything. I have a lot of troubles with my body, and blackheads are one of them. Blackheads like to grow on the forehead and nose. If they grow on the forehead, I can barely cover them with my hair, but if they grow on the nose, I can’t always wear a mask. Blackheads are so annoying.

Blackheads like to accompany the growth of adolescence. During adolescence, we try every means to remove blackheads, but they are always impossible to remove. Even if they are removed, they will grow back. Are blackheads caused by eating or being exposed to the sun? How are blackheads formed? Let's take a look:

From the definition of blackheads, blackheads are mainly composed of a kind of "plug"-like substance composed of sebum, cell debris and bacteria, which blocks the opening of the hair follicle. Combined with the dust, dirt and oxidation in the air, the end that contacts the air gradually turns black, thus forming a blackhead.

From the external factors of how blackheads are formed, the following are the reasons why blackheads are easily produced in daily life:

First, you don’t wash your face thoroughly or too frequently. When washing your face, make sure you wash it clean and thoroughly.

Second, exfoliating too often. We usually use exfoliating products to remove excess cell debris and dead skin on the skin surface to prevent the skin from being blocked. However, if you are eager to prevent blackheads and use exfoliating products frequently, even though the dead skin and cell debris are gone, the exfoliating products will still have an effect on the skin and easily damage the "protective film" on the skin surface, thereby reducing the skin's immunity and making the skin more susceptible to disease.

Third, do not pay attention to sun protection measures.

If you and I want to avoid the trouble of blackheads during adolescence, we must pay attention to the above three points and wash our faces well. Many people would say that they have been washing their faces since they were young. Everyone knows how to wash their face, but washing it clean is not an easy task. Pay attention to sun protection, try to avoid direct sunlight, and be sure to apply sunscreen or other sunscreen products before going out, so that you will not get blackheads.
