Baihui is a point on the Du meridian, Sishencong is an extraordinary point on the external meridian, and the head is the meeting point of all yang meridians. Press the sun: Use the middle fingers of both hands to press and rub the temples on both sides, combining pressing and rubbing for about 1 minute. Taiyang is an extra meridian point. Regular pressing of this point can prevent and treat headaches and eye diseases.

Press Ren Zhong : Press the Ren Zhong point with the middle finger of your left hand. The philtrum, also known as Shui Gou, is a point on the Du meridian. Upper limb acupoint massage

Sit down, first pinch and press the Zhongchong point on the tip of the left middle finger and the Shaochong point on the little finger with the thumb of your right hand, then use the tip of your right thumb to press the Hegu point, Lieque point and Neiguan point in turn. You can also press the Shixuan point on both the left and right hands.
