③Intussusception.

⑤ Intestinal or peritoneal inflammatory lesions: such as intestinal tuberculosis, Crohn's disease, tuberculous peritonitis, radiation enteritis, and stricture caused by intestinal inflammatory ulcers caused by drugs such as NSAIDs.

⑥ Intestinal adhesion: often caused by abdominal or pelvic surgery, or chronic inflammatory lesions in the abdominal cavity (such as tuberculous peritonitis, Crohn's disease, etc.). Most intestinal adhesions after surgery occur in the small intestine.

⑦ Hernia: such as inguinal oblique hernia, intra-abdominal hernia, including hernia within the omental bursa, femoral hernia, etc.

⑧Intestinal torsion: torsion is often caused by mesenteric tumors or stenosis of its base.

⑨ Compression by extraintestinal tumors: Giant tumors in the abdomen, omentum, mesentery, giant retroperitoneal tumors, pancreatic pseudocysts, etc. can all compress the intestine, and in severe cases, intestinal obstruction may occur. In recent years, intestinal obstruction caused by extraintestinal compression has tended to increase.
