Drugs to stimulate ovulation

Drugs to stimulate ovulation

With the rapid development of modern industry, people's living standards have been greatly improved, but it has also brought great pollution to our environment. The polluted environment seriously affects our physical health. In addition, modern people are busy at work, have great pressure in life, have irregular meals, do not pay attention to rest, etc., so people's physical fitness is getting worse and worse. Especially for women, there are special physiological periods such as pregnancy and menstruation. If they do not pay attention, it is very likely to cause infertility.

There are many diseases that cause female infertility, such as endometritis, fallopian tube obstruction, ovulation disorders, etc. In addition to organic lesions, the causes are generally related to endocrine. The ovulation disorder we usually talk about is generally caused by endocrine. When we have ovulation disorder, we can use drugs to promote ovulation.

For treatment, let’s take a look below.

(1) Clomiphene is the drug of choice for inducing ovulation and is used for various types of anovulation other than hyperprolactinemic infertility.

(2) Urinary gonadotropin can be used for infertile patients who do not respond well to clomiphene. The application of this drug has large intra- and inter-individual variability, and ultrasound monitoring is required to understand the development of follicles and prevent the occurrence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.

(3) Chorionic gonadotropin has LH-like effects and is often used in combination with the above-mentioned ovulation-inducing drugs to promote the final maturation of follicles and ovulation.

The above are drugs that promote ovulation. They can be used if we have ovulation disorders. Of course, because the above drugs are prescription drugs, they need to be taken under the guidance of a doctor. If you have friends in need, it is best to go to the hospital for examination and take the medicine under the guidance of a doctor.
