Sixth: pierce the vitamin E and vitamin A capsules and apply them on age spots, 3 times a day. You can also take 500 mg of vitamin C and 100 mg of vitamin E every day. The second is vitamin A, B1, and B2, which have the effect of making the skin soft, smooth, and moisturized, smoothing skin wrinkles, reducing pigmentation, and eliminating spots.
