The slightly angular bone that can be felt in the front of the calf, like the back of a kitchen knife, is called the tibia. After touching this bone. We use the tip of our thumb to push upwards. When you feel you can no longer push, the point where your thumb is located is Zusanli.

2. Touch the outside of the calf from bottom to top. You can feel a bump (lateral tibial condyle) under the kneecap of the right knee. From here, going further outward and a little below the head, there is another bulge (the head of the fibula). The two convex bones are connected by a line, and an equilateral triangle is drawn downward with this line as the base. The vertex of this equilateral triangle is the Zusanli acupoint. The Zusanli point is 3 inches below the outer kneecap, 1 finger width away from the anterior crest of the tibia, and on the tibialis anterior muscle. When locating the acupoint, measure 4 horizontal fingers downward from the outer knee pit, between the fibula and tibia, and measure 1 horizontal finger from the side of the tibia. This is the point.

3. Press the top of the right knee with the palm of your right hand, with five fingers facing downward. The position where the tip of the middle finger points outward is the Zusanli point on the right leg.
