How to treat toothache in traditional Chinese medicine

Toothache is not a life-threatening disease. I believe this is an experience that all toothache patients will have. Therefore, the protection of teeth is also an issue that we must pay attention to in our lives. So, in daily life, what traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods can help you relieve and treat toothache? Let’s take a look at how traditional Chinese medicine can effectively treat toothache.

In fact, if we want to solve and treat a disease in life now, many people will choose to use traditional Chinese medicine, because these methods have no side effects and are healthy and effective, so such methods are favored by many people.

The following private remedies may also be used as appropriate:

① Choose any one of the following medicines: Zanthoxylum bungeanum, Asarum, Gallnut, or Glauber's salt, grind it into fine powder, and stuff it into the cavity;

Split the gallic acid seed into two halves, stick the cut end on the affected area and hold it in your mouth. After about 5 to 10 minutes, you will feel sour, numb and astringent sensation in your mouth and the toothache will be relieved. Then take out the gallic acid and wash it. You can hold it in your mouth again after two hours. Patients with tooth decay and symptoms of stomach heat can be treated according to the toothache caused by stomach heat.

Toothache caused by kidney deficiency is not severe, mostly a dull pain, or pain in the whole mouth. The gums are not red or swollen, but the tooth roots are loose, and it is accompanied by sore waist and weak legs. It is more common in the elderly or those who are too weak.

The treatment method is mainly to nourish the kidney, and the following methods can be used:

① Chew 2 walnuts every morning and evening; or soak 30 grams of walnuts in boiled wine, then take them out and chew them in portions; use 15 grams of bone-healing herb and 1 pig kidney, add salt and steam until cooked;

② Take Liuwei Dihuang Pills, Zhibai Dihuang Pills and other ready-made medicines.

The above is an introduction to the methods of treating toothache with traditional Chinese medicine. If you are also troubled by toothache and have not been cured for a long time, then you might as well try the traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods introduced above. I believe it can effectively help you relieve the pain caused by toothache to a certain extent.
