1. Chrysanthemum and Ginseng Tea

Select 4-5 dried chrysanthemum buds and 10-20 grams of ginseng. Chop the ginseng into small pieces and soak them together with the chrysanthemum buds in hot water, cover and soak for 10-15 minutes. Ginseng contains saponins and multiple vitamins, which have a good regulating effect on the human nervous system, can improve immunity and effectively eliminate fatigue. 2. Silver Flower and Scrophularia Drink

10 grams of honeysuckle, 15 grams of Scrophularia, 5 grams of Platycodon, 5 grams of raw licorice, and 3 grams of mint. Soak all the medicines (except mint) for half an hour, add water and boil for 30 minutes, add mint, boil for another 5 minutes, take the liquid medicine, 3 times a day. 4. Radish tea

The main ingredients are 100 grams of white radish and 5 grams of tea. 6. Reed flower heat-clearing tea

6 grams of fresh reed root, 3 grams of honeysuckle, 2 grams of mint, and appropriate amount of white sugar. Mix the clean honeysuckle and mint that have been picked out of impurities, washed and dried in advance, wash the fresh reed root, slice it, put it in a suitable container, add sugar, pour in boiling water, cover it, brew for 15 minutes, and then it is ready to drink. Suitable for high fever, thirst, lung heat, cough, etc.

7. Chrysanthemum heat-clearing tea

1 gram of honeysuckle, 3 chrysanthemums, and 1 gram of mint. Mix the clean ingredients that have been pre-picked out of impurities, washed and dried, put them into a suitable container, pour in boiling water, cover it, brew for 5 minutes, and then you can drink it. Clears away heat, detoxifies, soothes the liver and improves eyesight. It can relieve exogenous wind-heat, relieve pain and improve eyesight. It is suitable for wind-heat headache, sore throat, red and blurred eyes, etc.
