⑤ The acetabular fossa becomes smaller and shallower, showing a slope shape, and the acetabular index increases; the acetabulum becomes oval or triangular, and the acetabulum rotates upward and forward; there is a defect area on the upper inner side of the anterior edge of the acetabulum; the glenoid labrum enlarges and rolls inward; and there is fat hyperplasia in the acetabulum.
