Light recipes for urticaria

When urticaria occurs, patients should find the cause in time to avoid the urticaria from developing into a worsening condition. In fact, for patients with urticaria, it is not suitable to eat overly irritating foods during the recovery period, because these foods will cause the urticaria condition to worsen. Therefore, patients who often suffer from urticaria should familiarize themselves with the light diet menu for patients with urticaria in time.

1. Diet therapy for urticaria

1. Stewed taro stems with rock sugar: Take 30 grams of taro stems, wash and chop, add appropriate amount of water and rock sugar, simmer over low heat, and eat after the taro stems are cooked. Take 1 dose daily, divided into 2 meals. One course of treatment is 7-10 days.

2. Sesame leaf soup: Take 30 grams of fresh sesame leaves, wash and chop, put them in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil them into soup and drink it, 1 dose per day, divided into 2 times. Take it for 10 consecutive days as a course of treatment.

3. Luffa leaf juice: Take fresh luffa leaves, wash and chop them, put them in a bowl, mash them and squeeze out the juice, apply the juice to the affected area with a cotton swab, several times a day, whenever the disease occurs.

4. Leek juice: Take some leeks, wash and cut into sections, put them in a bowl, add a little salt, mash them together to extract the juice, use a cotton swab dipped in the juice to apply to the affected area several times a day.

5. White sugar sesame: Take 100 grams of black sesame seeds, dry them in the sun, then put them into an iron pan and fry them (do not burn them). Grind them into fine powder and add appropriate amount of white sugar.

2. Dietary precautions for urticaria

1. Eating sesame seeds regularly and drinking more drinks cooked with perilla leaves can help improve your physical condition and relieve allergic symptoms.

2. Do not eat fresh shrimp, crab, mullet, oyster, clam and other seafood, and eat less chocolate, bamboo shoots, glutinous rice and other foods.

3. Eat more alkaline foods such as kelp, cucumber, orange, radish, and tomato.

4. Eat more fruits rich in vitamin C, such as bananas, cherries, grapes, oranges, grapefruits, pomegranates, papayas, etc.
