Intertrochanteric fracture is not a common disease because it usually occurs in the elderly. Intertrochanteric fractures like this are caused by car accidents or falls from heights. Another thing is that intertrochanteric fractures are difficult to heal, so it takes a lot of time to recover. Modern medical treatment is not only limited to drug therapy, but also diet therapy. Here are some diet therapy plans for intertrochanteric fractures. Intertrochanteric fracture is a common injury in the elderly, and the average age of patients is 5 to 6 years higher than that of patients with femoral neck fracture. Because the tuberosity is rich in blood supply, non-union is rare after a fracture, but hip varus is very likely to occur. Long-term bed rest in elderly patients causes more complications. Diet therapy for intertrochanteric fracture Early stage: 10 grams of Panax notoginseng, 10 grams of Chinese angelica, and 1 pigeon, stew them together until they are well-cooked, eat the soup and the meat together, once a day for 7-10 days. Medium term: 10 grams of Chinese angelica, 15 grams of Drynaria fortunei, 10 grams of Dipsacus asper, 250 grams of fresh pork chops or beef ribs, stew for more than 1 hour, eat the soup and meat together, use for 2 weeks. Late stage: 10g wolfberry, 15g drynaria, 10g dipsaccharum, and 50g coix seed. First boil Drynaria fortunei and Dipsacus asper to remove the residue, then add the remaining two ingredients to cook porridge and eat. Other dietary therapies: 1. Boil an appropriate amount of red beans and take it warm with a little brown sugar. This recipe is suitable for the period of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. 2 Add 1000 grams of pork bones and 250 grams of soybeans into water and simmer until soft. Add salt and ginger to taste and eat as desired. 3 Wash a pig spine, add 120 grams of red dates, 90 grams of lotus seeds, 9 grams each of agarwood and raw licorice, add water and simmer until soft, add ginger and salt to taste and drink it in several times. 4 Take the meat (with roe) of 2 fresh lake crabs and when the glutinous rice porridge is cooked, add the crab meat and add appropriate amounts of ginger, vinegar and soy sauce. Eat it regularly. 5. 1 black-rooster (about 500 grams), remove the skin and internal organs, wash it, slice 5 grams of "Sanqi", put it into the chicken stomach, add a small amount of rice wine, stew it in water, dip it in soy sauce after it is cooked, and take it regularly. 6. Boil 30-60 grams of raw Astragalus membranaceus into juice, add 100 grams of polished rice, cook into porridge, and take in the morning and evening. 7 Add 20 grams of angelica, 100 grams of astragalus and a young hen into water and cook into soup for consumption. 8 Wash 50 grams of purple salvia miltiorrhiza, add water and boil, take the juice, cook it with 1000 grams of pig long bones and 250 grams of soybeans, wait until it is well cooked, add a small amount of cinnamon and salt. 9. Mash 500 grams of raw crab, and take 250 grams of it with hot rice wine. Apply the remaining residue to the affected area. It will be healed after about half a day when you hear a "ge ge" sound. Used for fracture setting. The dietary therapy methods mentioned above are all based on certain principles, which can help recover the physical damage caused by intertrochanteric fractures more quickly. Of course, the best thing is to be safe and sound! |
