What are gallbladder polyps?

Gallbladder polyps are mainly some long-sleeve-like protrusions on the gallbladder wall, and also have fleshy lesions called gallbladder polyps. They are mainly benign and malignant lesions, but most of them are non-tumor lesions. The most common fleshy lesions in men's lives are malignant tumor lesions. Therefore, we must pay attention to gallbladder polyps in daily life. The main treatments in daily life are surgery and medication.

You must pay attention to your diet. You can eat more fresh vegetables and fruits and some low-fat and low-cholesterol foods. Eat more beans and soy products and drink more water. In daily life, eat more foods rich in vitamin A and less spicy foods.

Gallbladder polyps are mainly a polyp-like protrusion at a fixed point on the gallbladder. They are the common types of gallbladder polyps, mainly benign and malignant lesions. At the same time, they are mainly tumor lesions, which are relatively common. They are almost all malignant tumor lesions. Therefore, gallbladder polyps should attract everyone's attention. When it comes to life, it mainly causes pain and some lesions. At the same time, you must pay attention to your diet in your daily life.

Pay attention to eating more protein, vegetables and fruits, and less spicy food. Avoiding high cholesterol is a preventive care work. It is important to note that some types of high cholesterol are related to cholecystitis and chronic inflammation. Therefore, the key to preventing gallbladder polyps is to treat chronic gallbladder inflammation.

The vast majority of CPs patients have no clinical symptoms and their gallbladder function is good. Such patients should be followed up with BUS regularly (3 to 6 months). Surgery is only considered if obvious symptoms occur or PLG enlarges rapidly. If the gallbladder function is good at that time, percutaneous cholecystoscopic polypectomy can be performed. These polyps are often <10 mm (82%) and are mostly multiple (75%). It looks like a mulberry, with a thread-thin stem, brittle and easy to fall off, making it easy to pick. If the gallbladder is not functioning properly, laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) can be performed.

Benign non-cholesterol PLGs account for 35%, including adenomas and adenomyomas, inflammatory polyps, adenomatous hyperplasia, and rare mesenchymal tumors. Although there are no reports of malignant transformation of inflammatory polyps, they are accompanied by gallbladder inflammation and most of them have clinical symptoms. The other types have the potential to become malignant. Therefore, once detected, surgical resection should be performed promptly to clarify the nature of the pathology.

The cause of gallbladder polypoid lesions is still unclear, but it is generally believed that the occurrence of the disease is closely related to chronic inflammation. Inflammatory polyps and adenomyosis are both inflammatory reactive lesions, and cholesterol polyps are the result of systemic lipid metabolism disorders and local inflammatory reactions in the gallbladder. Some people believe that gallbladder polyps are related to cholecystitis or gallstones, or even both.

The above are the common manifestations of gallbladder polyps. Some diseases can cause other diseases in muscular men in daily life. They should eat rich protein, vegetables and fruits and less spicy and irritating foods. Avoiding some types of high cholesterol is preventive care work, but in life, it is necessary to carry out timely treatment and diagnosis of gallbladder polyps.

The above is what is going on with gallbladder polyps. In daily life, eat more foods rich in vitamin A and less spicy foods, avoid eating foods with high cholesterol, and avoid spicy foods. Therefore, some inspections of gallbladder polyps in daily life are also very critical. Preventive care work must be done in a timely manner to prevent complications.
