1. Tangerine peel and Poria cocos tea

Preparation method: 5 grams of Poria cocos and 2 grams of dried tangerine peel. Wash Poria cocos and dried tangerine peel, put them in a thermos cup, pour hot water into the cup, wait for 5 minutes and then drink.

5. Spicy and cool drinks

Preparation method: 30g of coix seed, 3g of patchouli, 3g of perilla, and 3g of white cardamom seed.
