So what are some ways to treat baby’s constipation caused by heat?

1. Drink some fruit or vegetable juice

1: Babies over 4 months old can drink some fruit or vegetable juice. For example, boil radish, carrot, celery, etc. in water and drink it, and squeeze orange, apple, and watermelon into juice. If the baby is too young, he should drink 1-2 spoons first. If there is no abnormality, then gradually increase the amount.

2. Develop a good habit of regular bowel movements

1: Generally speaking, when the baby is about 3 months old, parents can help him gradually form the habit of regular bowel movements. After feeding every morning, parents can help their baby sit in the potty at a regular interval and make humming sounds to help the baby form a conditioned reflex.

5. Add complementary food

1: When the baby is 5 months old, complementary food should be added. It is best to chop spinach, cabbage, greens, shepherd's purse, etc., put them into rice porridge or oatmeal and cook them together to make a variety of delicious vegetable porridge for the baby. The large amount of fiber contained in vegetables can promote intestinal peristalsis and achieve the purpose of laxative. You can also feed some fruit puree such as bananas and apples to promote intestinal peristalsis.

6. Check your baby's bottom
