Ingredients: prawns, loofah, tongcao, scallion segments, shredded ginger, sesame oil, and salt.

2. Wash the tongcao and loofah, drain and set aside.

3. Add appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil. Put the prawns, tongcao and loofah into the boiling water and cook.

4. After frying for a while, add onion segments, ginger shreds and salt. Cook over low heat until the prawns are cooked. Add appropriate amount of sesame oil and bring to a boil again.
