How to avoid scars after burns, this will give you scar-free skin

Scalding is a common occurrence in daily life. Scalding may occur due to carelessness, such as touching boiling water or being splashed by hot oil when cooking. If the burn is minor, it can heal on its own, but if it is severe, it may leave scars. So how can we treat burns to avoid scars?

1. Different levels of burns

1: First-degree burns First-degree burns are relatively mild injuries, only the outer layer of the epidermis is damaged without damaging the dermis, causing swelling and considerable pain. The treatment method is as follows: rinse the burned area gently under running water, or soak it in water for 10 minutes until the pain is gone. If rinsing or soaking is not possible, apply cold compress. Before the injured area swells, carefully remove jewelry, belts, shoes or other tight clothing. Apply a bandage if necessary.

2: Second-degree burns damage the epidermis and part of the dermis. The skin becomes red, the surface is moist, and blisters appear. The swelling and pain are more severe than first-degree burns. The treatment methods are as follows: Place the burned area in cold water or under running water and gently rinse for about 15 to 20 minutes until the pain stops. You can also use cold compresses. Use clean gauze to gently absorb moisture from the injured area. Cover the injured area with sterilized gauze and bandage it. Decide whether to send the injured area to the hospital for treatment based on the severity of the injury.

3: In third-degree burns, the entire layer of skin and subcutaneous tissue are destroyed, and the skin appears white or charred. Since the nerve endings are destroyed, there is generally no feeling of severe pain. Severe burns require special medical treatment and should be sent to a hospital as soon as possible after first aid. The specific treatment methods are as follows: let the injured person lie down, raise the injured part above the heart; check the patient in detail to see if he has other injuries and maintain unobstructed breathing; do not try to remove the clothing stuck to the wound, and cut the clothing if necessary; cover the wound with thick disinfectant or clean cloth to protect the wound; do not apply any medicine or ointment, and send to the hospital immediately.

2: Wound healing and scar removal methods

1: Very minor burns will not leave scars after the wound heals, but second and third degree burns will inevitably leave scars. Scars can be lightened by the following methods.

2: Essential oil method: Mix 5 drops of carrot seed oil, 10 drops of clary sage, 5 drops of orange blossom essential oil, 10 drops of lemon essential oil and 30 ml of rose seed oil to make a scar removal oil. Massage a few drops on the scar area before going to bed every day to effectively lighten the scar.

3: Diet: Eat more vegetables, fruits, eggs, lean meat, pork skin and other foods rich in vitamin C, E and essential amino acids for the human body. These foods can promote blood circulation and accelerate cell regeneration. Do not eat spicy foods such as peppers, onions, and garlic.

4: Use ginger slices to remove scars. Slice the ginger and use it to gently massage the scar area. It can help organize the growth of granulation tissue and inhibit scar formation. The ginger slice method of removing skin scars is more effective for new scars, but ineffective for old scars, so it should be done as soon as possible after the wound heals.

3: Housewife in daily life or

People working in the kitchen can easily be scalded by hot oil if they are not careful, and their skin is likely to be injured. After the skin is scalded, taking necessary emergency measures can effectively alleviate the damage.
