In addition, the weather is hot and the temperature is high. The human body is more sensitive to temperature and is not easily burned. For people of different ages, the health-preserving acupoints for moxibustion are also different. In summer, there are three common health-preserving acupoints for moxibustion: Moxibustion on the "Lung Shu" before the age of 35: Young people engage in more outdoor activities and often do not pay attention to keeping warm after sweating. They also like to eat cold drinks and are prone to catching colds. Therefore, it is very important to protect lung qi. The Feishu point is where the qi of the lungs comes out of the back. It controls the defensive qi of the whole body and protects the body's positive qi from invasion by external pathogens. It is located below the spinous process of the third thoracic vertebra of the human body, 1.5 inches to the left and right. Moxibustion operation: The frequency of moxibustion is not fixed. Moxibustion on "Zusanli" can regulate the digestive system, make it function vigorously, absorb nutrients, eliminate waste, and have a strengthening effect on all systems in the body. The Zusanli point is located on the outer side of the front leg, 3 inches below the outer kneecap, and one finger width away from the tibia. The moxibustion method is the same as that of the lung point. The key is persistence. Therefore, the ancients said, "If you want peace, don't dry Sanli." Moxibustion on "Guan Yuan" after the age of 60: As you enter old age, your kidney qi gradually becomes exhausted, and your vital energy gradually decreases. Symptoms of kidney deficiency such as low back and knee pain, frequent urination at night, forgetfulness and insomnia, fatigue intolerance, decreased vision, hearing loss, hair loss and gray hair will appear. "Understanding of Medical Classics" records: "Guan Yuan is 3 inches below the navel. It is the place where men store sperm and women store blood. It is the key to life and where the true essence is stored." This acupoint has the function of nourishing the essence and strengthening the foundation, and replenishing the lower part of the body. It can be used whenever there is a loss of vital energy. Guanyuan point is located in the lower abdomen, on the anterior midline, 3 inches below the navel. The moxibustion method is the same as that of the Feishu point. The best frequency is once a day. The key is to persist. Treating winter diseases in summer, especially summer moxibustion, is suitable for middle-aged and elderly people, children and all kinds of sub-healthy people. Suitable diseases include respiratory system diseases, such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, bronchitis, chronic pharyngitis, recurrent respiratory tract infections, emphysema, etc.; digestive system diseases, such as chronic gastritis, functional dyspepsia, peptic ulcer, chronic colitis, etc.; rheumatic and bone injury diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, as well as periarthritis of the shoulder, cervical spondylosis, lumbar muscle strain, etc., which belong to the category of "arthritis" in traditional Chinese medicine, a type of disease characterized by aggravated pain due to cold; urinary and reproductive system diseases, mainly including dysmenorrhea due to deficiency and cold, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, enuresis, nocturia, etc. Moxibustion precautions 1. For health care moxibustion, you need to persist for a long time. Occasional moxibustion will not achieve the desired effect. 2.
