What to do if there is a blood clot on the leg

Every part of the skin on the body should be worthy of our careful attention, so that we can effectively discover the diseases of the skin on our body. The skin on the legs is generally not as concerning as the skin on the upper body, but it is still worrying when any abnormality appears on the skin of the legs. If a person inexplicably finds a blood clot on his leg, what are the reasons for this phenomenon?

Generally speaking, bruises on the legs are usually subcutaneous hematomas. There are three main reasons for subcutaneous hematoma. The first reason is the body's platelet factor, the second reason is the body's coagulation function factor, and the third reason is the body's vascular permeability factor. Therefore, the causes of skin congestion should be looked for from three aspects: check whether the number of platelets is reduced, whether the coagulation function is abnormal, and whether the permeability of platelets is enhanced. After finding out the cause under the doctor's examination and guidance, appropriate treatment will be carried out.

How to remove bruises on legs

1. Patients must understand that when dealing with bruises by themselves, they must understand that only ordinary bruises can be treated by themselves. For severe bruises that damage the deep layer of skin and flesh, or severe bruises that do not disappear for a long time, you must not use various methods to remove bruises by yourself. In the face of serious injuries, any folk remedies are useless. You must go to the hospital in time for blood extraction surgery to prevent muscle necrosis and serious consequences.

2. Patients must know that before bruises form, they can use ice packs to cool down (if there are no ice packs, you can wrap ice cubes in a towel, or apply ice cubes directly to reduce bleeding after rupture of microvessels and reduce the degree of bruising. Patients must relax and rest.

3. Patients can also use fire therapy to treat, which can also quickly eliminate blood stasis and reduce the formation of bruises. The method is to buy a bottle of medical disinfectant alcohol, prepare some cotton balls, the big ones, and then use tweezers to hold a cotton ball and dip it in alcohol. Be careful here, so that the alcohol does not drip down automatically. After lighting the cotton ball, roll it back and forth on the injured area. After the cotton ball is extinguished, dip it in alcohol, light it and roll it. Repeat this for more than 15 minutes.

Note:

A boiled egg can be used to remove blood stasis. However, this method is only suitable for minor bruises, and is not very effective and thorough for severe bruises. The method is to prepare one or two eggs, then add water to cook the whole egg, peel and skin it after it cools down, then roll it back and forth on the bruise while it is still hot. When it gets cold, heat it up with boiling water and roll it repeatedly. Roll it for at least 15 minutes each time, and do it at least twice a day.
