What to do if your child gets carsick and vomits? Six tips to help stop carsickness

I believe many people have experienced motion sickness. Motion sickness has a lot to do with the human body's vestibular balance organ. When a car is moving, the change in speed causes the human vestibule to be stimulated, causing motion sickness. It is very uncomfortable for children to get motion sickness and vomit, so is there any way to relieve motion sickness?

1: Orange peel

1: About 1 hour before boarding the bus, fold the fresh orange peel inward with the surface facing outward, then put your two fingers into your nostrils and squeeze it, and an aromatic oil mist will be ejected from the peel. It can be inhaled more than 10 times, and you can do the same at any time while riding in a car.

2. Fresh ginger

1: Hold fresh ginger slices in your hand while driving and place them under your nostrils to smell them at any time to inhale the spicy smell into your nose. You can also stick ginger slices on your navel and secure it with a pain-relieving plaster.

Three: Fengyoujing

1: When riding in a car, apply essential oil to your temples or Fengchi acupoints. You can also drop two drops of Fengyoujing on the belly button and cover it with an analgesic ointment.

4: Pain-relieving ointment

1: Before getting on the bus, apply the analgesic plaster to your belly button to prevent motion sickness.

5. Vinegar

1: Drink a glass of warm water with vinegar before riding a car to prevent motion sickness.

6. Press acupoints

1: A. Hegu point: If your baby gets carsick, press the baby's Hegu point appropriately. The Hegu point is located between the baby's thumb and index finger.

2: B. Neiguan acupoint: Pressing the Neiguan acupoint with your thumb can also relieve motion sickness symptoms (Neiguan acupoint is located on the palm side of the wrist joint, 2 inches above the center of the wrist crease, that is, about two horizontal fingers above the wrist crease, between the two tendons).

Seven: Children get carsick, and older ones will

He said he felt uncomfortable, curled up quietly with his eyes closed and his hands tightly gripping the seat, and showed signs of nausea, vomiting, and irritability. Infants and young children cannot speak, they can only express themselves through some abnormal actions. For example, if the child is dancing, crying, being irritable, sweating, vomiting, looking pale, and clinging to his parents' hands tightly, you should think that he is suffering from motion sickness.
