What medicine is good for lung heat symptoms

The common symptoms of lung heat mainly include fever, cough, irritability, chest pain and other problems, and this situation is more common in children, so as parents, we naturally have to pay attention to it. A current treatment method is through dietary conditioning in life, such as drinking ginger, brown sugar, and garlic. In terms of medication, you can take some Chuanbei loquat paste, or granules that nourish yin and the lungs.

1. Clinical manifestations

The main clinical symptoms are fever, cough, thirst, chest pain, large amount of sputum with fishy odor, or pus and blood. It is a fever syndrome and is more common in children.

2. What medicine to take for lung heat

You can take Chinese patent medicines for moistening the lungs and relieving coughs, such as Chuanbei loquat paste, Nianci'an loquat paste, Yangyin Qingfei granules, etc., but Chinese medicine emphasizes individualized treatment, and the use of medicines should vary from person to person and from disease to disease. When autumn cough is severe, it is best to receive decoction treatment. Warm and dry coughs should be treated with clearing the lungs and moistening dryness, promoting lung function and lowering qi. Cool and dry coughs should be treated with warming the lungs and moistening dryness, lowering adverse qi and relieving coughs.

3. Ginger + brown sugar + garlic

If a child has a cold, drinking warm ginger and brown sugar water can be a good therapeutic treatment. If the child also has a cough, add 2-3 cloves of garlic to the ginger and brown sugar water and cook together. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes to cook off the spiciness of the garlic. Only then will the child be willing to drink it.

4. Steamed Garlic Water

Take 2-3 cloves of garlic, smash them, put them in a bowl, add half a bowl of water, put in a piece of rock sugar, cover the bowl and put it in the pot to steam. After boiling over high heat, switch to low heat and steam for 15 minutes. When the garlic water in the bowl is warm, feed it to your child. The garlic does not need to be eaten. Generally 2-3 times a day, half a bowl each time. Garlic is warm in nature and enters the spleen, stomach and lung meridians. It is very effective in treating cold coughs and kidney deficiency coughs. It is also convenient and simple, and children are willing to drink it.
