1: Warming uterus egg

1: Safflower warming uterus egg is a dietary therapy method. Take an egg, make a hole in it, put in 1.5 grams of saffron, stir well and steam until cooked. 6: Stir-fried leek, walnut and shrimp

1: 500 grams of leek, 100 grams of walnut meat, 20 grams of shrimp, sesame oil, salt and MSG as appropriate; wash the leek, cut into 3 cm long segments for later use, soak the shrimp in warm water for 30 minutes and then wash for later use; shell the walnuts, take out the meat and wash for later use; first heat the pot over high heat, add vegetable oil, heat to 80% hot, then add walnut meat and shrimp, switch to medium heat and stir-fry until cooked, then add the leek and stir-fry for a while, add salt and MSG to taste and serve. It is suitable for treating kidney yang deficiency, soreness of waist and knees, irregular menstruation in women, infertility caused by cold uterus, and thin leucorrhea.

7: Chives, ginger and milk soup

1: 500g leeks, 30g ginger, 250ml milk. Wash and chop the leeks, peel and wash the ginger, then put the leeks and ginger into a juicer to squeeze out the juice, and set aside the juice; put the leek and ginger juice into a pot, add milk, and boil it over low heat before serving. It is suitable for warming the middle and dispersing cold, strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach, and relieving abdominal emptiness and pain in the abdomen and back.

8. Strengthen exercise to increase blood circulation

You can use astragalus, jujube, or angelica to soak in water or boil it to replenish qi and regulate blood, so that both qi and blood are abundant. This is also an effective way to expel uterine cold.
