If you are cleaning the vulva, pay attention to the direction from top to bottom, from outside to inside, then the mons pubis, the outer side of the labia majora (left and right), labia majora, labia minora (left and right), vaginal opening, and anus. In addition, do not reuse the used lotion.

It is easier to cause acid-base imbalance in the vagina, and if it is cleaned during menstruation, it is easy for it to enter the uterus through the open cervix.
