What are the symptoms of gynecological trichomoniasis

Trichomoniasis in women is a common gynecological disease. We all know that when women are affected by gynecological diseases, the threat posed will be relatively large. Common symptoms are vulvar itching or abnormal leucorrhea with an odor. At the same time, there are symptoms such as pain during sexual intercourse and painful urination during sexual life. We should pay attention to gynecological diseases and pay attention to the care of private parts.

1. Increased leucorrhea and vulvar itching. The main symptoms of Trichomonas vaginitis are increased thin, foamy leucorrhea and vulvar itching. If there is a mixed infection with other bacteria, the discharge will be purulent and may have a foul odor. The itching areas are mainly the vaginal opening and vulva, and there may occasionally be burning, pain, and pain during sexual intercourse.

2. The main symptoms of Trichomonas vaginitis are dark yellow or gray vaginal discharge, discomfort or pain during sexual intercourse, abdominal pain, pain during urination, and vaginal itching.

3. If there is an infection at the urethral opening, there may be frequent urination, painful urination, and sometimes hematuria. During the examination, the vaginal mucosa can be seen to be congested. In severe cases, there are scattered bleeding spots. There is a large amount of leucorrhea in the posterior fornix, which is a grayish yellow, yellow-white thin liquid or a yellow-green purulent secretion, which is often foamy. There may be no abnormalities found in the vaginal mucosa of carriers.

4. Local treatment includes flushing the vagina with 0.5% to 1% lactic acid or acetic acid, and then inserting one metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablet (each tablet contains 200 mg) or one acetarsamide tablet [each tablet contains 0.25 g acetarsol and 0.03 g boric acid] into the posterior fornix of the vagina, once a day or every other day, 7 to 10 times as a course of treatment, and 2 to 3 courses of treatment are required. You can also use a metronidazole suppository (containing 200 mg of metronidazole, 8 mg of chlorhexidine acetate, and 160 mg of clotrimazole) and insert it into the posterior fornix every night. A course of treatment is 7 days. If used for 1 to 2 courses in a row, the total effective rate can reach 96.24%. Local treatment can effectively control local symptoms, but it cannot completely kill the parasites, and relapse is likely to occur after discontinuation of medication.
