Preventive Care

Although hepatic hemangioma has congenital factors, its growth is promoted by acquired factors. Pathological etiology

1. Negative emotions are an important cause of hepatic hemangioma. Investigations have shown that if you live in a state of anger, tension, and depression for a long time, it will cause internal emotional damage, leading to "blood and qi retention" or "body fluid stagnation", which will not go away and gradually form a mass (hepatic hemangioma).

2. Bad eating habits are also a major factor causing hepatic hemangioma. If you often smoke, drink alcohol, eat greasy and oily foods or spicy and irritating foods and raw and cold foods, it will "injure the spleen and stomach, cause liver and spleen disharmony", cause "Qi deficiency, blood stasis, and phlegm accumulation", and accelerate the growth of hepatic hemangioma.

3. The main risk factors are:

(1) Capillary tissue becomes deformed after infection, causing capillary dilation.

(2) After local necrosis of liver tissue, the surrounding blood vessels become congested and dilated, and finally form cavitations.

(3) Persistent localized venous congestion in the liver causes venous dilatation and cavernous expansion.

(4) Intrahepatic hemorrhage, hematoma organization, and vasodilation after recanalization of the blood vessels.

(5) Congenital hemangiomas have developmental abnormalities and most have a family genetic tendency.
