Does sneezing mean low immunity?

Nowadays, due to lack of exercise and the lack of proper resistance of the body, people's immunity will be reduced. People with reduced immunity are often prone to catching colds and getting sick. They may have a fever when blown by the wind. Especially after sneezing, it may indicate the early symptoms of a cold. However, everyone should be careful about sneezing. It is not necessarily caused by low immunity. It may be related to rhinitis or asthma.

symptom

A body with a low immunity is more susceptible to infection or cancer, while an abnormally strong immunity can also have harmful consequences for the body, such as triggering allergic reactions, autoimmune diseases, etc.

Due to various reasons, the immune system cannot play its protective role normally. Under such circumstances, it is very easy to be infected by bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc. Therefore, the most direct manifestation of low immunity is susceptibility to illness. Due to frequent illnesses, the body's consumption is increased, so people generally have symptoms such as physical weakness, malnutrition, mental depression, fatigue, loss of appetite, and sleep disorders. Getting sick, getting injections and taking medicines have become commonplace. It takes a long time to recover from each illness, and the disease often recurs. If things go on like this for a long time it will lead to physical and intellectual development problems and may easily induce major diseases.

The underlying cause is low immunity or incomplete immunity. When the human immune function is disordered or the immune system is not sound, the following problems will recur: repeated colds, repeated tonsillitis, repeated asthma, repeated bronchitis, repeated pneumonia, and repeated diarrhea, so they must not be underestimated.

Sneezing is usually caused by nasal allergies or deep itching in the nose and is relieved through involuntary eruptions.

Sneezing can be a symptom in itself, or it can be accompanied by other symptoms such as an itchy, runny, stuffy nose, or itchy, watery eyes and mouth breathing - every common cold symptom.

If you start sneezing and have other allergy symptoms, such as asthma or eczema, you may have developed a tolerable sensitivity to a stimulus.

Sneezing is the body's way of eliminating irritants or foreign objects from the nasal passages. There are four reasons why people sneeze. When they have a cold, stare at their sneezes to help clear their noses. Sneezing also occurs when you have allergic rhinitis or hay fever, expelling allergens from your nasal passages. People with vasoconstrictive rhinitis typically have a runny nose and sneeze frequently. The swollen sneeze comes from the blood vessels in the nose becoming sensitive to humidity, temperature, and even spicy food. The fourth most common cause of sneezing is non-allergic rhinitis, also known as eosinophilic rhinitis, or NARES. The patient has symptoms of chronic rhinitis, but the reaction to various allergens is non-positive. And for an unknown reason, their bodies seem to release histamine, causing allergic symptoms such as sneezing.
