Many people have cauliflower warts themselves, but many people don’t know how this disease occurs. In fact, cauliflower warts are mainly caused by sexual intercourse. But in addition to this reason, there are some other reasons that can cause cauliflower warts. So, what causes cauliflower warts? Let us mainly understand the causes of cauliflower-shaped condyloma acuminatum. In the early stage of genital warts, the patient's affected area mainly manifests as some small papules. As the disease continues to worsen, the number of these papules will increase, and the skin of the affected area will also bulge. Most of them are wart-like hyperplasia, and their shapes are also different. Some patients have cauliflower-shaped, some have cockscomb-shaped, and some have nipple-shaped. Among them, cauliflower-shaped genital warts are the typical clinical manifestation of genital warts. Cauliflower-shaped condyloma acuminatum is divided into small cauliflower-shaped and large cauliflower-shaped according to the size of the lesions. Some lesions of cauliflower-like condyloma acuminatum are cockscomb-shaped, some have a wider base, and some are pedunculated. The lesions are mostly light red in color, with a few being bright red or off-white. Therefore, patients should pay attention to their bodies to see whether the above colors appear. Cauliflower-shaped condyloma acuminatum can occur singly or in multiples, and some may merge into larger masses. Once these lesions grow, they grow quite rapidly and in a few cases can spread within a relatively short period of time. The lesion tissue of cauliflower-shaped condyloma acuminatum is brittle and will bleed easily if rubbed with a cotton swab with slight force. However, if the lesions occur on drier skin, the texture may be harder, and the color of the lesions may be dark red or close to the color of the skin and mucous membranes. Patients with cauliflower-shaped condyloma acuminatum may experience a burning or itching sensation in the affected area. Some people may scratch it uncontrollably, causing bleeding. Generally speaking, there are no obvious symptoms in the early stages of cauliflower. The size of cauliflower-like condyloma acuminatum lesions ranges from less than 0.5 cm in diameter to as large as a peanut kernel, and a few may merge into larger lesions. Cauliflower-shaped condyloma acuminatum is a typical clinical manifestation of condyloma acuminatum. Clinical cases show that if you unfortunately get condyloma acuminatum and do not seek timely treatment, the warts will gradually grow larger or increase in number, and there will be granules, moisture or bleeding on the surface. Pus often accumulates between the granules, emitting a foul odor, and suppuration may occur after scratching. Therefore, patients should receive treatment as soon as possible after discovering the disease to prevent the disease from developing and worsening, or even endangering their lives. |
