Remove dampness through diet: You can choose coix seed, which has the effects of diuresis and swelling, invigorating the spleen and removing dampness, relaxing muscles and removing numbness, clearing away heat and discharging pus; red beans are flat in nature, sweet and sour in taste, and have the effects of invigorating the spleen and stopping diarrhea, and promoting diuresis and reducing swelling. Add coix seed and red beans to water and cook them before eating, which can be diuretic, dehumidifying, and even have a beauty effect. If you use moxa sticks for moxibustion, one moxa stick can be used in the moxibustion box for about 20-30 minutes. When using the moxibustion box for moxibustion, after lighting it, place it on the acupuncture points you need to moxibustion, such as Zhongwan, Shenque, Guanyuan of the Ren meridian, and Mingmen at the back, and then cover it with a towel.
