What are the effects and functions of realgar?

In fact, there are many excellent Chinese herbal medicines around us that are used scientifically and are very effective in helping to treat and solve some diseases. For example, realgar can be very effective in treating head sores, tetanus, and snake bites.

1. To treat scabies: 1 liang of realgar, 2 liang of coptis root, 3 liang of pine resin, turn into gray like a bullet. Melt pig paste and rosin into Siwu mixture, pound it while hot, and apply it on the sore in a thin layer. (Filling the gap at the back of the elbow)

5. To treat carbuncle, ulcer and other toxic sores: 50 cents of realgar and twice the amount of talc. 11. To treat snake bites: one liang of realgar and one liang of raw aconite. Grind them into fine powder and divide them into ten packets. Take one packet every two hours, four to eight times a day, with boiled water. 12. Treatment for axillary odor: half a pound each of realgar and gypsum, and one pound of alum. Grind the gypsum into powder, put it in a pot and calcine it into white color.
